Apparently going a little too hard on all the great things, the star took to her recently-launched Instagram video series to give us an update on the night before.

And clutching a large mug of coffee, with her hair in a bun, it was clear the star had seen better mornings.

‘I really need my coffee this morning, because I am hungover,’ she dramatically cooed into the screen.

‘I don’t remember the last time I was hungover, I just don’t get hungover anymore because I don’t like the way it feels.

‘But it was worth it.’

She went on to insist it was a mixture of a ‘work hangover, it’s definitely a party hangover, it’s a food hangover’, after celebrating with cast and crew of her new series ahead of their holiday break.

The 34-year-old continued: ‘I had envisioned for weeks and weeks…the Friday that we wrap we are going out, I want to go out, I want to eat. I wanted it to be a cheat day, I waited weeks for this huge, crazy cheat day.

The 34-year-old continued: ‘I had envisioned for weeks and weeks…the Friday that we wrap we are going out, I want to go out, I want to eat. I wanted it to be a cheat day, I waited weeks for this huge, crazy cheat day.

‘I ate everything you can imagine, chocolate, danishes, doughnuts, candy, a huge lunch and dessert.’

To serve the hungry hearts of many 12 pizzas were ordered, which the star originally thought was ‘crazy’, but soon a new term of the night was coined: ‘Cuoco will eat it!’

Yes, the legend ate a whole pizza to herself, and we stan this icon.

‘I definitely partied pretty hard, my cheat went into the night. I didn’t know my body could consume that kind of amount of food…it was my night,’ she said. ‘Everyone had so much fun.’

Then the drunk dialling began.

‘I definitely partied too hard though, I got home, to the apartment, I know I called Karl [Cook, her husband]. I remember him on FaceTime looking at me like I must have been saying the stupidest sh*t. I can’t wait to hear from him what I said on the phone.’

The star said that being on The Big Bang Theory for 12 years, where she helmed character Penny, made her get to know the cast and crew ‘like they’re my family’, but after two months on The Flight Attendant set, she felt she’d been around this new crew ‘forever’.

But there were prices to pay on Saturday morning after the big boozy and pizza-filled night of fun before.

‘I’m paying for it today in my head…’ she said, before she added: ‘Gonna take a few Advil, maybe more than a few.’

Kaley is clearly loving her new project, which she stars in and produces, but admitted in her first Instagram instalment it was a big challenge.

Kaley launched her Instagram video series last week, with the genius title Wake Me Up Before You Cuoco, and revealed that while she’s understandably tired, she’s loving every single second of it.

‘I’ve got a few more days left on The Flight Attendant before the holidays,’ she told her 5.8 million followers. ‘I’ve never worked like this and I love it, I actually love it. I’m up first thing in the morning, I’m the last person on set – well, not the last, the crew is (amazing crew) – I’m usually the last actor and I honestly love it, but trying to wake up before these calls.
