‘Supernatural’ star Misha Collins dropped some hints over the last few months of filming a new project, and now we have an idea of what it is. According to IMDb, Collins will be in a film titled Invasion, which is currently in post-production, playing a character named Dylan.
The synopsis, according to IMDb, is:
Two brothers embark on a journey with their father, who is trying to protect them from an alien threat.
The film stars Riz Ahmed, Octavia Spencer, and Rory Cochrane and is directed by Michael Pearce. While not much is known about the film, according to Deadline it’s a sci-fi thriller from Amazon Studios.
Collins is most known for his role as the angel Castiel in The CW show Supernatural, as well as his work with Random Acts. Stay tuned for more information!
