If you’re looking for a little Monday Motivation, Sam Heughan is here to provide.
The Outlander star took to Instagram today with an inspirational message for his followers, encouraging them all do get out and enjoy the sunshine while putting a little work in.
“Start your Monday right with @mypeakchallenge and a large dose of vitamin D! ☀️,” he captioned a smiley selfie, referencing the organization started by Heughan to help members “achieve improved health, wellness and mindfulness.”
The photo found the actor, 43, standing outside, smiling widely with a rowing machine set up behind him. He wore a black Nike tank that showed off his muscular arms and it looked as though he already had a round or two on the exercise equipment.

Though it’s still early in the day, his fans have already taken his suggestion to heart.
“Great job Coach! Just the motivation I needed to start my Monday! ,” one wrote in the comments.
“Thanks for the motivation. I need it today!” another admitted.
Others felt his smile alone was enough to brighten up the start of their week.
“Have a great Monday Sam ☀️ Thank you for this beautiful smile ,” another fan said.

Fans sure do love to see Heughan’s sweet smile and hilarious personality put on display, though they weren’t too disappointed by his recent, subtly steamy snapshot, either.
