The 44-year-old actor, who is also a producer, author, and entrepreneur, has been busy promoting his whisky brand, Sassenach Spirits, across the United States. His winter tour, which concluded in San Diego, saw devoted fans lining up for hours to meet the Outlander star. According to the Scottish Daily Express, Sam’s tour was a huge success, leaving fans with unforgettable memories.
On social media, the Jamie Fraser portrayer shared photos from the tour along with a heartfelt message: “You brought the energy, and we brought the show! #SassenachWinterTour might be over but the memories will live on. If you missed the tour, don’t miss the merch. Last call.” Fans were quick to flood the comments with praise and admiration. One fan expressed appreciation for Sam’s genuine interaction with each supporter, writing, “I’ve been watching the reels and I admire Sam for how he treats each of his fans as an individual and gives them all a moment of his undivided attention. Visibly moved, he said, “Well, that’s it. The final ADR on Outlander completed on the Universal lot. The studio’s behind me but yeah, very emotional and very excited for fans to see the final episode.” In a heartfelt message, he added, “It’s going to be quite, quite an emotional one but I know you’re going to love it.
