Outlander features a number of villains throughout its 18th-century timeline, including characters like Lionel Brown, Laoghaire MacKenzie, and Black Jack Randall.
These villains cause conflict and pose threats to the main characters, Claire and Jamie. Other notable villains include the Duke of Sandringham, Richard Brown, Gerald Forbes, Comte St. Germain, Governor Tyron, Geillis Duncan, and Stephen Bonnet.
Black Jack Randall, however, stands out as the most despicable and tormenting antagonist in the series.
