Fans of the long-running dark fantasy series Supernatural got a major dose of nostalgia over the weekend as co-stars Jensen Ackles and Misha Collins reunited on stage. The fan-favorite duo headlined a special Supernatural panel during the 2026 Comic Con Scotland on Sunday, October 25, hosted at the Royal Highland Centre in Edinburgh, UK.
Taking the stage to an enthusiastic crowd, both actors kept their panel looks casual and stylish:
- Jensen Ackles (48): Layered a brown suede jacket over a classic black hoodie, pairing the look with denim jeans.
- Misha Collins (52): Opted for a patterned blue and green-leaf print button-down shirt matched with navy trousers.
Behind-the-Scenes Memories and Enduring Friendship
Throughout the Edinburgh panel, Ackles and Collins looked back fondly on their years filming the hit series. The pair spent their stage time fielding live questions directly from the audience, trading stories from production, and revealing behind-the-scenes secrets from their time bringing Dean Winchester and the angel Castiel to life.
Despite Supernatural airing its series finale back in November 2020, Ackles and Collins have maintained a close friendship over the past six years. Originally premiering more than 21 years ago in September 2005 alongside co-lead Jared Padalecki, the show continues to boast one of television’s most dedicated global fandoms.
Iconic ‘Supernatural’ Set Lore and Where to Stream
Over its fifteen-season run, the production accumulated plenty of legendary backstage lore that continues to fascinate viewers today:
- Onscreen and Offscreen Bonds: From real-life romances sparked on set to a trio of cast members getting matching tattoos to commemorate their time on the show.
- Set Souvenirs and Finale Reactions: Famous props taken home by franchise stars when cameras stopped rolling, as well as candid reflections from a cast member who was less than thrilled with how their character’s final story arc concluded.
- Where to Watch in 2026: Fans looking to rewatch the entire series can currently stream Supernatural on both Peacock and Prime Video.
