Agnes DeMille, portrayed by Evie Templeton, is a Nevermore student with an intense obsession for Wednesday Addams, played by Jenna Ortega, and goes to extreme lengths to capture her attention.
After proving her loyalty and usefulness, Wednesday welcomes Agnes into her circle, much to the dismay of Enid Sinclair (Emma Myers). Despite her pivotal role, Evie Templeton is a 16-year-old British actress whose career so far has consisted mainly of minor roles in film and television.
Templeton made her acting debut in 2022 with small roles in the BBC period drama Life After Life and Disney’s Pinocchio. Before appearing on screen, she performed on stage, including a tour of Nativity across the UK and starring in Les Misérables on the West End.
In 2023, she landed her first major role, acting alongside Tuppence Middleton in the horror film Lord of Misrule, playing the character Grace Holland. She also voices Laura in Konami’s Silent Hill 2 remake, a role she will reprise in the upcoming Silent Hill film, Return to Silent Hill.
Despite a relatively short list of credits, Templeton has captured the hearts of Wednesday fans worldwide. The young star shared behind-the-scenes photos from the series on Instagram, sending fans into a frenzy and solidifying her status as a breakout talent.
