It’s #MantraMonday time. Keeping your past challenges with water and stretching we are going to add in one of the hardest (for me anyway)- QUALITY SLEEP. If you make the effort so will I. 6-8 hours every night. Try to hit the hay at the same time every night. I use mediation apps and the Mantra #Rest powder, but you can also try teas, counting sheep, reading your car manual etc. 😴
PS- my advice it to start with a blanket that doesn’t keep moving 🤦🏻
