The story of Berlin is set before the events of ‘Money Heist’ and is said to focus on his former exploits, his character evolution, and more. As revealed by the creators, he used to operate with a gang of his own and carried out major heists around Europe.

Costarring alongside Pedro Alonso are Michelle Jenner as Keila, an expert in electronic engineering; Tristán Ulloa as Damián, a philanthropic professor and Berlin’s confidant; Begoña Vargas as Cameron, a kamikaze who always lives on the edge; Julio Peña Fernández as Roi, Berlin’s faithful attendant/sidekick; and Joel Sánchez as Bruce, the relentless man of action in the gang.
