Outlander star Sam Heughan has shared his “simple” workout routine that he follows in order to maintain his impressive physique.
Sam, who plays Jamie Fraser in the award-winning show, has revealed that he uses training as both an opportunity to spend time outdoors in Scotland and as a way to instrument his charitable acts.
The Scots-born actor regularly works out for his fitness programme My Peak Challenge, a global movement founded by the star which educates and inspires members to live healthier lifestyles whilst raising funds for charity.
Through challenging its members, the organisation has raised over £4.5million for charities including hunger relief, blood cancer research, end-of-life care, and environmental protection efforts.
Sam shared his sweaty workout routines with Men’s Health, showing fans how he maintains those bulging muscles.
