Owning 62 pets is definitely one of the (ahem) Stranger Things that Millie Bobby Brown has revealed about her life.
The actor recently opened up about her farm in Georgia, where she lives with various different animals that she keeps as pets. Brown previously shared that she had 19 animals, but that figure has since multiplied like rabbits.
“I have 25 farm animals, and then I have 23 foster dogs, and then I have 10 dogs in my house that are my personal dogs, and four cats,” she explained in an interview with BBC Radio 1.
The star shared that her in-house dogs each have “real single beds”, as her husband Jake Bongiovi set some ground rules about sleeping arrangements: “Only one is allowed in the bed now because Jake said ‘No more in the bed.'”
Brown owns multiples breeds of dogs, including an 18-year-old blind dachshund called Rigby who she said she found “left on the side of the road”.
“I took him thinking ‘He’s not got long left, he’s blind, can’t find his way through,'” she recalled. “Well, this dog is jumping on my couch now. It’s found a new lease [of] life.”
After housing Rigby for a year, the actor has noticed vast improvements to his wellbeing. “He is thriving. I mean, killing it,” Brown said.
“Knows the house. I feel like he’s becoming unblind. He starts to look around and he knows where the food is and the bedroom is. He’s getting really good. I used to call him Rigor Mortis because I really thought he was on his way out. He is nowhere close to death. Let me tell you, this dog is — he is killing it.”
Meanwhile, Brown’s furry family will soon be gaining another member. “My donkey is pregnant,” she announced. “Betsy and Bernard got together, had a great night out, and now she’s preggers.”
