The Vampire Diaries star Nathalie Kelley and Arrow’s Colin Donnell have joined the cast of upcoming movie To Catch a Spy.

This news arrives via The Futon Critic, with both performers currently shooting the murder mystery in Malta.

Set to air on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries this summer, To Catch a Spy is directed by Jeff Beesley from a script written by Rick Garman.

An official synopsis reads: “When the newly renovated Hotel Optima in Malta has a grand reopening, Chloe (played by Kelley) and her team from Destination Traveler Magazine, which includes Sara, (Chicago Med’s Patti Murin), head over to cover the travel scene in Malta.

“On her first night in Malta, Chloe overhears an altercation happening through the air vent of her hotel room and then sees someone fall to their death – right past her hotel window! Chloe assists the FBI agent, Aaron (Donnell), working on the case, but will they catch the killer before the killer finds them?”

In other movie news, it was announced this week that Worlds of DC solo flick The Flash is now shooting, with Ezra Miller reprising his superhero role.

It director Andy Muschietti is behind this one, which also brings back Michael Keaton as Batman for the first time in 29 years.

To Catch a Spy premieres Sunday, June 20 on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries.
