We finally have some of the dirty details on Money Heist part 4’s upcoming release, and goodness, we are relieved to report it will be here soon! Money Heist has become one of Netflix’s hottest shows, with a global audience that just can’t get enough. In fact, the series has been so popular, part 3 hadn’t even been released before Money Heist’s part 4 was ordered.
Netflix released the trailer for Money Heist part 4 on March 5th, we may have watched it a time or two, as we cannot wait for the newest installment of the Spanish series.
Money Heist part 4: April 3rd, 2020
We are on pins and needles waiting for Money Heist part 4, especially after catching up with the trailer. It looks like we can expect season 4 to begin right where part 3 left off, so we’ll be able to catch all of our old favorite characters.
We caught glimpses of Tokyo (Úrsula Corberó), Bogotá (Hovik Keuchkerian), Palermo (Rodrigo De la Serna), Helsinki (Darko Peric), Lisbon (Itziar Ituino), Rio (Miguel Herrán), Denver (Jaime Lorente) and Stockholm (Esther Acebo), so our main thieves should all be returning.
Of course, we will also be seeing the Professor (Álvaro Morte), Inspector Alicia Sierra (Najwa Nimri), Raquel, (Itziar Ituño Martínez), and Arturo Román (Enrique Arce) return as well.
Right now, we’re still left hanging as to whether our favorite thieves will be escaping or reaching the end of their escapades, and it looks like Netflix is too. There’s no official news yet on whether there will be a Money Heist part 5.
Álex Pina: Netflix’s new investment
Money Heist showrunner and creator Álex Pina will be counting that Netflix cash. He signed and an exclusive deal with the streaming giant back in 2018, and we’re just starting to see the fruits of that collaboration. In addition to Money Heist parts 3 and 4, we can also expect a Money Heist documentary from Pina.
Exploring the global impact of the show, the documentary, Money Heist: The Phenomenon will feature cast members and director Jesús Colmenar as they discuss the worldwide response to the series. With over 34 million fans tuned in for Money Heist, there should be plenty to discuss. Money Heist: The Phenomenon is also scheduled to release on April 3rd, 2020, at the same time as Money Heist part 4.
Álex Pina is also working on two new series with Netflix, we are already excited about White Lines, a new mystery crime series where a woman looks to solve the mysterious death of her brother in Ibiza. Pina’s other forthcoming series, Sky Rojo, is still in early stages, and details have yet to be released.
